Polo 9n3 1.4TDI high idle

Bought a 2007 polo 9n3 1.4TDI, when I start the car sometimes it idles at 1200 rpm after a bit it'll drop to 900 I hooked the car up it had alternator fault up so got it tested its 100% so probably faulty wire also showing was crank shaft sesnors so put this into it £90 still high idleing, if I was driving and I would clutch the car and brake the idle stays high then I release brake it drops to normal any ideas ? I've also replaced turbo in it. Thanks
