Hi guys,

First post for a new Polo owner!

I have a Polo 9N 1.4 Sport (100BHP) with climatic control and AC. The climatic control heats up pretty well but when I want to lower the temperature it wont do it until I restart the car. I don't think theres any problem going from cold to warm air.

Anyone had similar problems and anyone got any solutions?

Common problem and its an electric motor that's at fault behind your glove box.. Have the same problem with ours...

Expensive fix as the motor is around £100.. There is a thread all about it and I'm sure someone will be along to post it up
