Upgrade to 9n3 GTI

Hi I am thinking off getting a 9n3 GTI in the next few months just wondering what kind of mpg they return?
Mines got a stage one map and a few other engine mods and i see
20-25mpg when pushing hard
30-32mpg around town
Low to mid 40's on a run easily.
