Polo GTI 6R Candy White 3 door for sale 2011 (Lowered)

What I have here is my 2011 (11) candy white polo gti for sale. 2 previous owners. I've had the car for just under a year and have loved every minute of this pocket rocket, but having to sell to raise some house funds unfortunately! The car is an absolute rocket, beating majority of the cars on the road who think they can do you on a slip road! The car has done just under 18500 miles, has full service history with VW dealership garages, and still has 1 year left on its warranty.
The factory specs are as follows:
1.4L tsi 180ps engine
7 speed DSG gearbox
Candy white
17" monza alloys
Static cornering fog lights
Multi functioning leather steering wheel
Heated front seats
Rear parking sensors
Cruise control
Air conditioning
Remote central locking
ABS
Traction control
XDS electronic differential lock
Headlight washers
Electrically heated and adjustable door mirrors
Modifications:
H&R springs (25/35)
The car has been kept in excellent condition, washed weekly, only ever run on higher octane fuel, normally Shell V-Power, and also amazing on fuel, averaging 45mpg normally, but on a motorway run around 60mpg sometimes even higher! This car really stands out from the crowd, and with there being so few on the roads you certainly feel individual with these.
The asking price on this is £13500, but I am open to offers.
