Newish member here havent really posted much so just thought i would make a post on my polo with a few pics of it.

Mod list
8000k HIDs
LED lights all round rest of car
Wind deflectors
Fog lights installed (as didnt come standard)
Changed front grill
Rs4 style alloy wheels 17"
Carbon fibre style back badge.

A few still to come as i am really considering lowering on H&R 25/ 40 springs..also getting rear windows tinted next week from a local place. Also thinking about getting my brake callipers painted a vxr type blue colour? not sure about that though.

Any other suggestions please let me know as i have a few ideas but would like to add to them. Thanks.

Thanks alot! The indicator bulbs are just a straight swap, these are the bulbs i got: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PY21W-BAU15s- ... 1e655f387e

and the HIDs are just VIP HIDs which you will get off ebay or other sites alike, 8000k is the colour i got which are pretty much the highest you can get without being illegal i think...

the rear badge is just inserts which i also got from ebay, only cost me about £3.00 haha

Your going the right way with the mods, looking meaner.

remove the hid's and the arnold clark number plates and itll be ok!

ive been looking at getting a personalised reg plate anyway..whats wrong with the HIDs?

Ive got the same car in silver ie a standard 1.2.

Im probably going to keep anything I do quite simple due to is still having 2.5 years of warranty but am sorting out the lights (which in standard are atrocious for night driving) but also would like to add fogs like you have?

Just wondering if you fitted for the looks only or are they working too, and where you got them?

My fogs dont work yet but I am planning on getting them wired up sometime soon, I dont think its too difficult. I got them from ebay, just search for polo fog lights and you should find what you are looking for.

Those RS4 alloys are the best choice without a doubt. Really do set the Polo off.

What did you put into ebay to gt the inserts for the rear badge? Are they all the same size

I just searched 'polo 6r rear badge' I think it was something like that anyway. You should find what you are looking for with that hopefully

Im eventually getting my rear windows tinted tomorrow morning, so will hopefully get a few pictures up once i get home. Should be looking good after i get them done. haha

A couple of updates to the polo recently.

-Rear windows tints
-pedal caps

still haven't lowered it yet, but I think I might wait until winter is over this year to get that done seeing as I live in an area where there is heavy snow throughout the winter months.
