9n and 9n3 rear wiper squeak

I have had a 9n and a 9n3 and the back wiper has always squeaked badly
I went as far as buying a new arm and wiper blad to try and fix it but it didn't help
Anyone know if there's a washer that can be put in there or some way of stopping it?
I can see that there is a patch where it doesn't clear as well and jumps that causes the noise
