This one is for the Lupo Gti, the engines are the same, so it must fit.

all theBMC filters are the same its just the attachment to the TB thats different on each kit, remember it's not road legal unless if you use the BMC with your breather pipe venting to atmosphere!

Thats what I said(after a little cheeky edit, I can't help it if I can't type!)!!I managed to get a samco hose with a T piece that fits between the filter and TB, think its for another car but unfortunately I don't know the product code!

If one of my mates wi a camera phone is about in the next few days I'll get them to take a piccy, I'll try and find out where its originally from. Its a 90 deg which has a bend perpendicular to the 90 deg. bend with a small T piece coming from it( I imagine originally from a dump v/v maybe) unlike the pic in myt signature the filter is now to the RHD side of the engine due to the shape of this piping. I have piping but no joiners for the other side of the filter but have yet to put it on!

Think the TB measures 63mm and filter neck 70mm if memory serves me correctly!

If you were using that, you'd need, 63-70mm 90 deg reducer, 70mm with 25mm T-piece, 70mm alu joiner, 5 jubilee clips and a partridge in a pair tree! So thats only gonna cost about 50 bucks roughly! I've got a 70mm 135 deg. elbow and a 70mm straight bit taking the feed down to the front of the wngine bay!

In what way is it illegal to have it venting to the atmosphere? We talking MOT fail?

ive got mine breathing into the atmosphere, the brather could have been modified to go into back into the air intake but the cleaner and colder the air the more power!
im just going to reverse it for my mot. put the original airfilter on it!
