Right. My polo gti is insured for £700 on elephant. Im 21 years old with 1 year NCB. I go to add an intercooler…They won't even entertain it? What makes an intercooler such a no go for insurers exactly? Also anyone suggest any insurers that would?

Some insurers don't touch modified cars regardless of how minor the changes are.

I'm with Adrian flux and I've declared mods and there not too bad! But things like exhaust remaps intercoolers things which improve performance will be a lot more than things like tints etc

I would suggest Adrian flux or Green light
