Anyone know of how i can get the airbag light off if i change my seats to bucket seats?

Could be a tricky one........ Operation of the airbag light is a testable item under MOT rules, it goes through a self-test sequence when the ignition is turned on and the mot tester will look for this.
I wonder if the seat airbags can be deleted with vagcom?
