Polo 9N Door Card controls

Having an issue with my door switches
I don't have electric Windows, it's the controls for the heated mirrors and also the lock / unlock button ....
I've replaced the switch for the lock button and still no luck
Anyone had this problem before ?
I don't know where to start looking on the wiring so any suggestions are appreciated
