From what I can spot from the pictures alone the visible changes are:

• Front bumper (Or perhaps just a GTI/BlueGT bumper with new grill and foglights)

  Adjustable Sport shocks
  Aerial
  "Golf mk 7 style" Steering wheel
  "Golf mk 7 style" Speedo cluster
  "Golf mk 7 style" wiper- and indicator stalks
  "Golf mk 7 style" flip key
  "Golf mk 7 style" Radio
  New Climatronic panel
  Buttons on dash
  

Feel free too way in if you spot more changes.

looks like DCC will be an option given the sport button, not as drastic as i feared and just using golf bits

I think those are the "cheap" H4 headlights... They don't look changed to me.

They have definitely changed, the H4 type headlights have the indicator where the H7 types high beam and sidelights are. Also notice the difference in design, there is a new piece of plastic/housing that looks like a triangle in the bottom left hand corner of the headlight.
