Just a heads up everyone, was in at my local VW garage today and informed that a new official polo catalog is soon to be out with accessories etc. Also within the last week Volkswagen UK revised all its accessory prices.

I was inquiring about the OEM retro led drls, the chap didn't have a clue about them and argued blue face that they didn't exist and they must be unofficial, untill I brought them up on his computer screen

I'm away to get these fitted on my new polo, the price has been reduced to £255 fitted in the price review (the guy checked twice) Im guessing because they are not so popular as VW thought, or a new model polo is going to include LED DRL's

Also Knight alloys have been reduced from £189 each to £150 each

Mehh i just turn my front fogs on lol

Still no mudflaps for the R line

Hmm. . .how much were they before. . like £500?

I have to say I don't really like where they're placed and how they're fitted. . . they're the cheap plastic grill , but extended over the bumper so it affects the balance of the front of the car IMO. Should have been directly above the fogs - in the same bit of grill.

Or either side of the VW badge. . . and red. . . like knight rider!

I'm on the accessories website and it says £250 :O. . . .the more interesting thing is that the lowering springs were £300 but it says £165. Wonder is this because they'll no longer fit them :S

When the sales guy checked the database for the LED's, they still specifically stipulated that they were garage fit only, and that prices included fitting.
