Get the front suspension bushes checked, they are common and can cause creaking at low/stopping speed. A good way to check yourself is to line the wheels straight, get your foot on the tyre and push the wheel to the back of the car, if there is lots of movement in the wheel, the bushes are shot

Are you sure that it's not the handbrake / brakes 'creaking' on the rear wheels, as the pads aren't fully tightened on the discs ?

That noise really annoys my wife when I make it happen, though I don't think that what the OP is hearing sounds like the handbrake noises, I'd reckon it is the TCA rear voided bushes torn/worn.
