Rough tickover change spark plugs

Morning all

Im considering changing my plugs as I occasionally get a slightly rough tickover and it has cutout a few minutes after starting but that happens rarely. Im told I need a 14mm socket but how long an extension bar will I need ?

I would change your HT leads and dizzy cap too if its a mk4

Just a normal 30cm extension will suffice.
