Bolt on Brake Upgrade

Hi guys, I'm sure this has been asked a million times before but it seems to be for GTi's, I have a 1.4 tdi and was wondering what brake upgrades I can do in terms of bigger discs and calipers that would bolt straight on with no messing around?

Unfortunately bolt ons aren't as simple or cheap for models other than the GTI.
To upgrade the brakes on our Polos we would also need to replace the hubs with GTI/FR/Fabia VRS/ pd130 ones since ours have built in carriers - adding a fair bit to the upgrade price.
After that it's the same story, chuck on as big a brake set as your wheels can accommodate.
