Hi all,

Hope you are well.

Currently having issues with my 2003 1.4 tdi.

Recently its had trouble starting, assumed it was the battery and had it changed. Still has the same fault.

Then the glow plug light began to flash with the engine management light fixed on. This caused the starting issue to be worse and now cuts out whilst driving too.

Read with my code reader and it came up with codes:

P3007 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40): No Signal - intermittent
P0341 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40)
P0322 - Engine Speed Sensor (G28)


Anyone know of these faults or had them repaired?

I have a VW Polo 1.4 TDI AMF same as yours, with the same symptoms and errors. Did you manage to fix the problems? What was the solution to fix it? Thank you!

You’ll need the errors from VCDS as these sensors can fail in multiple ways
