New 1.2 TSI's, still using oil?

Hey guys,
After much car shopping and test driving, I've finally decided on getting a 1.2 TSI 110 SEL, '64 plate. Are the newer engines still consuming a lot of oil?

The 1.2 TSi engine has never had an oil consumption issue. I believe this is isolated to the 1.4, 1.8 and some 2.0 VAG TSI/TFSI engines.

I've done 12.5K miles in mine (1.2/105 TSi SEL) and it used slightly over 0.5ltr in that time. If anything it's less as it's got a few miles under it's belt.
