Mk3 bumper conversion

Are there any guides anywhere on how to do this?
How easy is it to do?

Back shouldn't be a problem, as the rear panels are similar. Not so sure about the front, as the Mk3 has no valance behind the bumper which the Mk2 does, also, due to the fact the Mk2 front wings are wider at the bottom, you may run into problems there.

Me and madmatt are putting mk3 bumpers on his coupe and one thing we noticed is my mk3 saloon rear bumper fits straight onto his mk2, the only cutting involves trimming the bumper at the side so it doesn't reach all the way to the door!
