Hi , I fitted a Golf mk6 version to my sons polo but had to use a adaptor plate purchased from Australia ,
IS this a original VW Polo fit ,as it wasn't available when we fitted his

Hi Scooba
This will fit the new VW Polo 6C perfectly with adapter which can be purchased from carsystem.pl
As with previous generation MK6 Golf emblem camera which common retrofit on the older 6R.
The dimension are exactly same in terms of the camera, so it will fit the new 6C without a problem.
Much better option than the rear bumper camera Volkswagen are offering, as factory fit as that is low line camera.

The fit is exactly the same as the 6R, but unfortunately it is not compatible with RNS 510, RNS 310 & 315 and RCD 510 units.

I want a reversing camera retro-fitted to my 6c ( i.e. installed for me ). My dealer wasn't interested. And carsystems don't appear to offer installation. Which other brand do you recommend ( and compatible with VW ) ? And , yes, can be in bumper, not emblem..
