Polo MK4 engine swap

I want to do it. Right now I have 1,4 8v. What should i put in? I'm not looking for a hard swap, something simple. Maybe Golf2 82kw gti lump? Any advice, link etc?
an engine out of a polo would be the easiest. the 1.4 16v for example or the 1.6 16v GTI (although this is a little bit harder).
the tall block Golf engines don't fit without a lot of hard work & fabricating mounts etc...
are you talking about doing the conversion yourself or paying a company to do it?
