Cup holders

How the hell do you work them in Mk6s? You push them to eject them just like in the Mk5 but I can't put them back again! Broke yet another one today in the VW showroom. Still not managed to put one back in successfully again without breaking it. That's 3 broken so far....

Press the small white button on the right hand side of the cup holder before pushing back in.

Yeh I think what des says is probably the correct way but you can just push them in slowly!? I push the white button myself.
LOL, VW will be after you!
