Clutch Leakage

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help.
I have a 2003 1.9 litre polo sdi and have recently had the clutch changed but since then i've found that the clutch keeps sticking. Ive returned it to the garage who did the work a couple of times and they notice that the clutch fluid keeps dropping , but with no sign of an external leak.
Can anyone help me understand whats going on and what could be the cause of this ?
