Just bought a silver GTi

Hi guys
could any one please tell me if they know of any specialists for servicing etc in the Cheshire area?
Also ive read on the site about the problems with the pedal box and that the cars are being recalled, how can you tell if the work has already been carried out?
i get the car on Sunday, Carnt wait

but i dont get mine until the end of the month, cos there refurbshing the wheels changing the pedal box and servicing it. cant wait tho!!

Congrats on the new purchases,
Where abouts did you both buy your Polos from, I rang up a few places, all sold already. Cause i work all the feckin time i dont get much time to ring around and enqire.

The car is silver and on a 51 plate
payed quite alot at £7850 but its only done 20k miles and still under manufactures warrenty for 2 months,
Dont know if it helps but there is a red gti with 26k on the clock for sale in Derby its on Autotrader but check its still available

Mines a W Reg 29000miles £7800 from a VW dealer near gatwick airport. got years warrenty, wheel refurb, 6 months tax, and a service thrown in, so i think it was a fair price. I had lots of trouble getting hold of one, the guy at the dealers say they sell very quickly. You have to be prepared to travel for them too. I'm from southampton, and missioned it to near gatwick airport for mine.
