Hello,
I'm looking for any advice possible!
I've got a 6r and I'm really wanting my front bumper smoothed, can they be bought anywhere or are they easy to do yourself?
Any help will be appreciated!
cheers

Re: Smoothing Bumper
Pain in the ass to smooth properly, by the time you have filled it with resin and cured, filler and cured, smoothed, primed, sanded, painted and done, the first nudge you get and it all cracks.JCannon wrote:Hello,

Believe me, gone down that route!
Best bet is to go with an aftermarket bumper, ebay possibly, and get it painted to match.
I've just bought a WRC bumper and it's beautiful!

I bought the grille from "Masters of Bumpers" through eBay, but rather than paying the £295 asking price and £12 postage, I live 40 miles away from them so drove there myself and bought it for £280 and has it same day.JCannon wrote:Looks epic mate !

I then spent another £193 buying all the main grille, 2 side grilles, towing eye cover and washer jet covers from TPS in Portsmouth.
Expensive but all genuine parts and looks amazing!
