Side panel - fuse box

Just checking that I can pop the side panel out from the drivers side to access the fuse box (the panel adjacent to the drivers window).. not to hard wire yet, just to access that point to store a camera cable i am running into the 12v socket in the centre console. Anyone got any links to trim tools they use that they find particularly good? mine snapped. thanks
