HELP...BATTERY FUSE BOX

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE FUSE BOX AND LEADS ARE FOR ON THE BATTERY,ARE THESE IMPORTANT WIRES ON IT AS IV CHECK GOOGLE TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE FOR BUT CANT SEEM TO FIND ANYTHING,
IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME THAT WOULD BE FANTASIC

Please dont write your messages in full caps lock!
The battery fuses are for the starter motor, the radiator fans, the ABS, and the main feeds that go into the interior fuse box.

Sorry about that my computer had a funny night and couldn't switch caps off grrrrr.....
