I'm new to forums but wanted to join to see different ideas, opinions etc. :D:D
I have a blue SE 1L, not powerful but good enough for me.

This is Pablo!

Here's the first day I got it

First thing I did was add some Team Heko wind deflectors, nice little touch being able to drive on the motorway with the windows down! :D

Then painted the brake calipers the same colour as the body

Wanted to give the car a bit more sporty look and changed the suspension to adjustable coilovers

Blue trim tailored carpet mats

Blue trim non slip mats for all cupholders etc

Got the rear windows tinted, not as good as factory but still looks good to me.

I have HID Bulbs in the house just haven't got round to fitting them, I'm also looking around to getting a catback exhaust as I like the louder sounds :D
I was going to get new wheels asap but not a top priority anyway as that's a big sum of money in one
I might get a gti grill and paint the red bits blue to match but whether I will or not...
Also want to spray the exterior plastics gloss black, maybe a black splitter too!
The list of things to do goes on..

Crikey, you have been busy! :D

I really love the colour, and the sun makes it look even better.

I like those trim mats too.

Congrats on the progress so far, will watch it with interest! :)

Your car looks great :D Can't wait until I get my new Polo. It's on a ferry as we speak so it won't be long now, i hope :?

Where did you get those non-slip mats? I haven't seen those in any vw parts catalog.

Did you paint the brake calipers without removing them first? If so, was it easy? Think I might paint them if it's not too much of a hassle.

Nice looking car - and in a wonderful part of the world! :D

Your non-slip mats inspired me to order some too - not sure what the quality is like but at £7.99 I'm prepared to take a gamble:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/9pcs-Red-Slot ... 1068226813

Only two sets left apparently, but that could be just marketing rubbish...

Hey guys thanks for the comments!
The non slip mats were just on eBay I think.
They are really good!
And for the brake callipers I just took the wheel off, scrubbed them down clean and painted them without taking them off but it doesn't look bad at all!
