Alright guys/girls?
Had a problem with the passenger side electric window yesterday, it got stuck half way and wouldn't go up or down.
I took the door trim off to see what was going on and the cable had rusted and snapped.
Does any one know if the repair kit is available for this? I can find them for the models up to 2009, but not sure if they are the same?
Also, has anyone ever replaced the cables? Is it easy to do? There doesn't seem to be a lot of room to work, there's just one hole about 30cm x 30cm to get everything out, I guess the runners need to come out and then fit the cable and refit the runners?

Re: Electric window problem
Cables arent really replaceable - youd need to replace the regulator in its entirety and transfer the motor across
Removing the regulator involves removing the glass, then removing the mechanism as one whilst still attached to the door liner normally.
