WRC Bumper on a GTI

Hello, 1st post so please be nice
I have a 2011 GTI & I am wanting the WRC bumper for it but its proving impossible to get hold of. I seen the thread about part numbers and called VW yesterday, they found the part & said I can order it at my dealer. Went to VW, they couldn't order the part, said 'We can't order rally parts', even after I explained that its not from a rally car... This went on for some time.
Anyway, just called VW again, gave them part number
6R0 807 217 AF AWA and was told that this part has been superseded by part number
6R0 807 217 GRU. I can't find anything out about this part number, I had a look on
http://www.nininet.de/ and it didn't show anything.
I really really really really want a WRC bumper because mine is all stone clipped & looks like crap. Can anyone advise on where I could get the actual WRC bumper from? There seems to be a few Russian, eastern European site selling them but I rather get a new one from VW & get it painted.
Please Help!!!
Ta
Ps. Going to have the fogs retro fitted into the bumper somewhere, disconnect light washers & paint them black

Give your VW dealer this VIN number: WVWZZZ6RZEY065315
It's off an R WRC. And ask him to order the necessary bumper parts you need for that car.

Brilliant, thanks Mart!n-GTI-DK, I'll give it a try and report back. Do you know of anyone who has fitted one and how they got them?

So called VW with that Vin (thanks again Mart!n-GTI-DK

) & they gave me part number:
6R0 807 217 AF GRU £199 + VAT. Got a friend that works for TPS so going to order it via him.
Anyone know who owns the one on auto trader? Be interesting to see how they got the fog lights and washers in on the bumper. Still not sure what to do about that. Has anyone fitted one of these to their GTI?

Is £199 including grills? Seems cheap if that's the whole bumper and grills.

You very welcome.
Can you post a link? I havn't seen one with foglights on a WRC bumper yet.
The only one I can find on autotrader with an R WRC bumper is a GTI:

There is no difference to the generall body of the Polo's be it a GTI or not. So it will fit any Polo 6R/C.

Looks nice that one on trader. Looks more aggressive with the bumper
Getting my headlights upgraded in the next few months (dont really like then fancy VW ones, wanting more audi style with the fancy lines

).
Going to see what they can do with fog lights (maybe upgrade them as well) so will post some photos when its finished. Getting them done here in Scotland:
https://www.facebook.com/Headlightretrofits Their work looks really good. Better than just buying a cheap HDI kit.

Waiting on TPS to get back to me. I asked VW and they just gave me the part number for the upper R grill from the wrc car. They didn't know if it had the black grills with it, but I'm guessing not.

That's not even close to bring an R WRC BUMPER. And no parts of that (aftermarket Golf Mk6 R replica) bumper Will fit an OEM VW bumper.

Yes, but the lights from the Polo R and Scirocco R have smaller height and are more elongated than the standard fog lamps from Polo 6R.
I like the bumper of the new Polo GTI, just a pity that the grille has a honeycomb shape...

I think the new GTI bumper is too fussy and prefer the old one, I think the old one is more agressive TBH.
