Hi guys, under Franklinavfc888 before but can't seem to log back in or reset my password so started from scratch.
This is my beloved polo that I picked up yesterday...









Photos were taken from the dealership which was in Liverpool. Really impressed with the service from Gari. Even got a bottle of champagne as it was my birthday. Would thoroughly recommend. Haven't managed to take any since I've been home as it's been raining! So impressed with the car in every aspect. Coming from a skoda citigo I knew it was going to be and improvement but didn't realise how much. Will get some better pictures when the weather improves. I have some legal pressed plates to go on but not sure weather to keep the original ones on for the time being. Also have a couple of presents to go with the gti theme which I will post up soon.

Thanks Frog! A good mate of mine picked up a new bluegt only a couple of months ago. Might have to get some pictures of them together!

So managed to get a photo of the key cover and wallet...



Really impressed with the wallet. It's a bit bigger then your average wallet but looks an feels nicely made. The tartan pattern on it is the same material they use on the gti seats and matches up perfectly with my seats which I thought was a nice touch.
Key cover is an absolute must after the key for my citigo has taken an absolute battering. Best thing is it was only $3.69.

White is definitely the fastest Tomas I can tell you that! Yeah I've always been a fan of private plates but don't think they represent good value for what they are. As this car is an investment so to speak an I will be keeping it for a while I thought about getting one. Knowing that hopefully I'll have another vw after this one in the far far future I thought I could future proof my plate by having DUB on it!

Car looks great. Seen both a GTI and SEL out and about and they look very golf-esque from the front wit the new DRL's.

Lovely key cover too.

So my friend came round the other day and asked if I would fit the chrome exhausts to the car. Took a picture after with mine in the shot as well. Jeeez am I bad at photography!

I LOVE the new roof spoiler on the 6C GTI.

I got to see a 6C GTI last weekend at Edition 38 in Northampton. Doesn't look half bad. But the spoiler looks sweet.

To bad that I can't fit it for the GTI/GT spoiler I have on my BlueGT now.

Being an 11 plate is that not a 6R?

The number plate doesn't look personalised either?

It is a 6c, and I assume it is a personalised plate with "DUB" at the end

Yes it is a personalised plate. I've had quite a few people who don't know much about volkswagen ask me if it's an 11 plate! but I'm happy with it as it's my initials an number. I got dub at the end to safe guard it for when I change to another volkswagen

Tell your friend he needs some 10mm spacers on those rear wheels fast - they are too recessed

Oh right fair enough, I just didn't think VW did personalised number plates as it says Inchcape on it

there's no reason for the dealer not to do them as long as they are legal.
