2012 Polo GTI (6R) 180 5 door - Huge Factory Spec

I'm regretfully selling my Polo GTI as I need a bigger car for family (and fishing) duties 
Before it goes up on Autotrader I though I'd give it a punt here to see if anyone is interested (please PM me):
Stunning white 5 door Polo GTI 180 in imaculate unfettled condition.
Full VW service history, both keys and all original documentation.
1 previous mature owner covering the first 9000 miles, then owned by myself covering another 6000 miles (15,000 miles in total).
7 speed DSG including paddle and sequential shift.
The car is totally standard and in stunning condition both inside and out. Original and unused spare wheel/tools.
It comes with a HUGE factory options spec. including:
-Factory fitted sliding roof
-Bi-Xenon DRL (daytime running lights)
-Upgraded touch screen stereo with rear parking assist
-Headlight washers
-Factory tinted windows
-Bluetooth connectivity etc. the list goes on!
Very, very reluctant sale but a change in circumstances means I require a bigger car.
Any inspection welcome - I don't think you'll find a better Polo GTI in this spec, colour and condition - it truly is a stunning vehicle!
I'm looking for around £13,495 and may be open to sensible offers.
