This part is NEW in original package, genuine OEM, perfect condition (just like Brand New).
For me, Brand New is when the package is unopened.
... Brand New it's (R) more than 120€ at the vw dealer (EU), it's what I paid at the vw dealer.
Without slip ring, without wire harness.
A tip:
Shipping to India it's very expensive (+ customs) ... IMO it's better you purchase at your local vw dealer.

Wiring made by you and the ccs stalks supplied by you worked perfectly. With coding provided by you i was able to activate Cruise control on my 1.2 gt tsi 7 speed dsg. Thanks again

I can not help you in this issue, sorry. Currently in Europe they are also very difficult and expensive to get. (Except in official dealers, very expensive)
Ask in the forum, maybe someone can advise you better than me.

Hi, i too own a Polo 1.2 GT TSI in India. Mine is a 2013 model without CC. But i have a GTI steering wheel with paddles and MFD buttons in right side installed now. But since i also have MFD buttons in the right stalk, the steering buttons don't work. Will installing this stalk 6R0 953 507 B activate CC in my car and also make the GTI steering wheel MFD buttons work ? Thanks for the help.

What stalks are best for your car depends on what you now have in your car.
If you have 6Q0 stalks, you can best put 6Q0 stalks back. If you have 6R0 stalks, better to put 6R0 stalks.
I have many of them, with or without wiring. If you need one let me know. With and without TRIP computer.
The stalk goes to T80/24 on the engine.
