To synthesize: I've just bought OEM Bi-Xenon headlights and I'm trying to understand what to do to install them on my Polo.
My BCM is 087D: I perfectly understand that it's not the best BCM, but I talked with Andrea6r (we are friends who live in the same city) and he told me that it's possible to use my BCM, but with some limitations.
I immediately say that I'm not interested in cornering lights, neither in dimmed led when low beam are on.
My only goal would be to have the led always on full brightness without flickering.
Any other function, like AFS, is not of my interest.

Considering what I said, which adaptors you suggest me to buy to obtain what I want?
