Hi all!
I've recently removed my component protection on my new dab radio with bluetooth which I have retrofitted. So here is the problem, radio function, aux, sd card and cd is working properly. But when I press the phone button it says 'Telephone not available' and in the media section there is no bluetooth option, just sd card and aux option. If anyone has encountered the problem same as mine and successfully solve it, I would be really glad if he/she helps me.

No I didn't. Thats what I'm gonna do tomorrow, do you think that will solve the problem?

Okay I've solved the problem. For the people who suffers from the same problem, you just need to code your infotainment system via vcds just like @alexperkins says. My vag expert said that the radio was never coded in the first place. He found the code on the internet(I don't know where he found it) then he coded via long custom coding and it worked like a charm
