Help identify an engine hose

I'm having some problems with my 2001 Polo GTI (AVY Engine). More specifically it's about an engine hose that's it's rubber material worn out and has several holes in it.
I couldn't find anything written on it so could you help me identify it by an OEM part number ?
The hose i'm talking about is this :
(not my engine's pic, but that hose is the same on my engine)
