Polo wagon 6kv estate Tdi sleeper

Hi there guys and girls I am an owner of a tdi polo estate and looking into building a sleeper. I am hoping for some info one the rear beam as I want rear disks instead of drums. I was thinking maybe fitting a polo 6n2 gti rear beam does anyone know if it will fit??
