Cam belt and Water pump replacement interval

Hi all, now I'm pretty sure I'm over but I like to chance things...
Not long taken ownership of a 2010 1.6tdi 75bhp polo 6R and previous owner isn't much use as doesn't know if cam belt had been done.
Checked Autodata and that says 140,000 MILES(!!) or 5 years.
I'm just over the 5 years but only on 78,000 miles.
Anyone know or been told different service times for this model?
