Polo GTI 6C Owners HELP...

Evening guys I wonder if there are some amazingly helpful people out there?
I'm looking to upgrade discs and pads on my car and I desperately need to know sizes.
I'm looking at some TAROX front discs and on awesome gti they sell two sizes which are 256mm & 288mm what do I need?
Also looking at replacing pads all round and the rears are sold at 232mm will these be alright?
I have a 2015 (65 reg) Polo GTI DSG. Any help would be amazing. Thanks in advance.
