Hello can anyone help me as i am trying to replace my cracked wing mirror but im having difficulty on taking off the adhesive is very strong, is there a quick way of removing it?

Or should i just stick the new one over it to save time

From my memory, the glass gets broken so you buy a proper new mirror and that comes with the plastic mounting already on it, so you just ease that out and snap the new one on - simple, has always worked for me!
