Hello!
So this is my first post here but thought i'd share my Polo with you all
So i had a 1.2 Polo match edition which i bought in February but i quickly became obsessed with the R-Line edition so i traded the match in and bought an R-Line in June!
I'm not really sure what i want to do to it although the following are definitely going to happen:
Lower car 25/35
Change the radio from RCD310DAB to RCD510DAB (if it isn't to difficult to do)
Paint Calipers (done)
Paint chrome strip on grill (done)
I'm open to suggestions as to what to do i'd like to change the exhaust at some point but i'm really not sure what is the best kind of thing to change it to.
The day i bought the car
Calipers before i painted them
Calipers after being painted
Painting the grill
The finished grill

That was brave painting the grill on the car - i'd worry about the overspray

would have used a pinstripe if i'd tried it
Calipers look better, did you use Smoothrite or a caliper paint? going to do mine gold or bronze

I've also bought the gloss black lower grilles from a r line 16 plate at dealership cost me about 90 quid with mates rates.
ill let you know how the 510 install goes as my rns 510 arrives this week
i've upgraded to blue gt clocks in mine - makes it feel a little more premium!

I did worry about overspray myself! I used nearly a whole roll of masking tape in the end haha!
I used calliper paint which I got off amazon I can't remember the brand I'll post it when I'm back home

Nice! The gloss black lower grill is something I was looking at but I was having issues finding the parts for it so thanks for that!
Please do keep me updated as to how the 510 swap goes as this is something I'd really like to do.
The blue gt clocks are nice but I do like how simple the RLine ones look so I'll probably keep them the way they are for now

Update : replaced factory air filter with a K&N E-2997 the other day I didn't post pictures because I just assumed everyone has seen it a thousand times!
Any suggestions as to what I should do next?

Hi
the red really does compliment the car, someone had stated below about pin stripe, is that just a tape that could go over the chrome grill in order to achieve the same look? if so could someone link me to some as I intend to do this to my car!
Once again car looks incredible
