I've just bought the wife a POLO not sure what the dealer model is for example 6c or whatever as had a POLO before. The model is Match design 1.3 DSG box petrol 63 plate

left upper corner you'll find 'new post'
browse
select the file from your hdd
then it uploads
go to the dropdown menu and select share links (it comes from the arrow down, if you hover over the photo)

select and copy the text at BBcode (Forums)

paste the text, i.e. then post it here!

Its part of the Bluetooth phone kit their should be a touchscreen display that plugs into it

Any idea what model and make it as far as I didn't get it in the car

I am presuming that make and model for the missing Bluetooth device is a Bury but not sure what model anybody out there who as one could tell me please

Fitted as standard from mid-2012 to Polo 6R (which your 63 plate would be); all models above the entry level 'S' model. As it's part of the standard spec (even though it looks like an aftermarket fit item) it should have been in the car when you bought it, so I'd go back to the dealer and get them to supply it at no cost to you.

Trouble is the dealer is or was not VW idependant dealer

How can I find part number just for the touch screen that is missing so I don't get wrong one.
