Hello im new to the forum sorry if ive put this in the wrong place
My problem is ive got a air bag light on scanned it and its the crash sensor short to ground found some info saying its water damaged the floor is damp so most likely
My question is dose the crash sensor have to be the same code as i only see black crash sensor with the code 6q0 909 606 mines blue with the same code just with a D on the end 6q0 909 606 D the polo is a 1.9tdi sport 52 plate surely the sports model doesn't have its own srs system when so many other polo have the black sensor
Any help would be great

6Q0 909 606 J is the replacement for it. It needs to be ending 001 (3 door) or 003 (5 door) depending if you have a 3 or 5 door. List price is £167

The part number is specific, so it must match.

The 606 with no letter is for later chassis numbers which will not be compatible with what you have currently.
