Alcantara heated seats

If I have Alcantara seats (which are luuuuuurvley), are they heated?
I have the buttons. They light up when pressed. But by bum does not seem to get any warmer. Do they take a long time?
I have the Polo GtI.

they should have, they are a two stage, so 2 lights is hottest and 1 light is lowest. not sure how long they take to heat up in the polo, but my current car (Skoda) they take about 30 seconds or so before you start to feel it.

Yep - deffo heated! Pretty sure my dealer told me that you get the winter pack included with the seats?? (Heated seats & heated headlight washers)

I wasn't aware the winter pack came with the Alcantara seats, is this true?

No, as it doesn't have heater washer jets. The headlight washers are a requirement due to the LED headlights.

You're wrong, the alcantara and leather seats come with the 'winter pack' including the heated washer jets.
