It's copyrighted so it would be illegal to upload it online for free.
I have one. For £15, and the amount of effort that goes into one, it is well worth the money.

As far as I see it now I need it just for the lowering springs and I don't know if it is worth it...

Just buy one. You say you're only need it for lowering springs but trust me you'll end up referring to it for pretty much everything. Even if you think you know what you're doing it's nice to have that peace of mind.
