2004 1.4 diesel battery fuses

Any advice please!
On top of the battery is a further platform with a series of wires and flat metal fuses. The car was running fine but now won't even turn over. I have noticed that the one marked 5 has blown......any ideas what this fuse relates to. I have tried to attach some pics but failed!!
