Boot space in the 6C GTI

Hi all,

I'm almost ready to purchase a brand new GTI but there is one thing that is bugging me - the reduced boot space in the GTI over other Polos.

Can any GTI owners who have children tell me if you find it a pain to fit in a buggy (if you can even fit it in at all!)

I know that it's nice to think that a GTI is just about having fun, but unfortunately it has to be practical too!

Thanks!

Can just about fit a buggy (grandkids) into the boot but nothing else at the same time with the cover in place. It is a squeeze to fit two suitcases in for a holiday.

Owning the gti comes together with careful choice of buggies and luggage. That means that you buy them after you measure them to the last ...cm :D . Nevertheless, bootspace is a drawback, but this cannot prevent you from buying the gti

Thanks for the replies. I've just seen the "Babyzen Yoyo 0+" buggy/pushchair and considering it's small enough to store in an overhead locker on a plane, I think the Polo GTI's boot will be able to handle it!

Looks like we'll soon be gti owners! :D

Comparing a Polo to a jet liner. Like the way you think!

I have a dog guard in my 6C Gti and it means I can actually fit quite a lot of stuff in the rear as it can't fall over the rear seats if you get me.
