polo 1.4 8v cam upgrade please help!

hi there i have a polo 1.4 8v 1997, and ive just brought a golf Mk3 2.0 8v head ( still in delivery ). manily for the cams as it was going for £60 and was all i could find. ive read around that these cams fit. i have compared as many pics as possible but i need someone who knows their stuff. would this fit? or make any decent gains? i have the whole head with pulley and valves. would i need to change the pulley and/or valves for it to run properly? or could i just stick the cam in my 1.4 and enjoy?
