2003 9N 1.9 SDI Polo converted to TDI.
VNT turbo
Airflow meter added
MAP sensor
EGR solenoid
Boost solenoid

All wired in correctly. Running 1 bar boost. Car is not much better than original SDI. Tried several Skoda Octavia ECU with immo off still the same. Any ideas?

I did not think that the 1.9SDI could be converted to TDI by doing only that work, are the engine internals not different?

Edit:- including the injectors etc?

Should go pretty well with a 110 engine in a polo !
Worth asking on Briskoda ?

Ah, that makes more sense, I'll second the "ask on Briskoda" bit of advice as Polo = Fabia.
