Rear lights!

Looking to put 9n3 rear lights into my 9n is there anything I need to know or straight swap

If my memory serves me correctly, you will need to buy a "convertor" cable - or change your existing wiring to suit these later assemblies.

I've had a look on the Kufatec website, but they don't seem to do that harness - if it was them. So, maybe it was someone on this forum, maybe try using the "search" function as you are not the first to want to do this!
Edit:- stuff "VW Polo 9N to 9N3 rear light tail lights adapter adaptor cable loom set harness" into Google!
Another Edit:- yes they are still available it seems for about £30 a pair via ebay, and the link to this forum is still there as well.
