Missing 1.4 fsi engine

Hi again, I have a 1.4 fsi that's got a engine misfire thing going on, vagcom only picks it up as no 4 missing and doesn't see/tell me any fault codes ???
The misfire is there constantly even though its doesn't effect starting it does effect performance??
My head is saying injector to me, but didn't know if anyone had any experience with this happening to them ??
